got incredible breakfasts with fresh fruit and delicious cakes, for instance. location: the hotel was close enough to an ancient palace, the old town of pistoia and the historic center. i tried some drinks at bar ristocaffetteria voronoi, located 5 minutes walk away.

The location right in the old town was absolutely perfect. My standard room had modern conveniences, including an electric kettle, climate control and an electronic key card. The staff was helpful, the bathroom was lovely.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the center of a traffic-free zone. The rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and even have a mezzanine. The 4 poster bed with memory foam pillows was incredibly comfortable. And to top it off, breakfast was included!
No improvements needed, loved everything about it.

The frescos , the painted ceiling , the trompe d'oile. Very well appointed bathroom, the centrality to Pistoia.good design of the furniture and fittings .
It seemed on the website to be a hotel but it was apartments. It therefore lacked the feeling of a staffed hotel with a reception at the entrance. In other words you felt slightly insecure. was there a night porter? It was noisy at night whether from cafe below or other guests we did not know. the fridge was noisy so we unplugged it . Again we are used to Italian hotels providing breakfast in house, we had to go to a nearby cafe with a voucher which was ok but did not jell with the image of a boutique hotel.;overall impression was rather stark, interesting mix of past with designer chic, but impersonal, despite the friendly staff recomend at least reposition reception to the entrance, better still serve breakfast, have a night porter

Celebrating the New Year in this charming hotel was a delightful experience. We loved the clean and spacious rooms, and the delicious breakfast served every morning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.
The difficulty of finding the hotel, as it is located in a pedestrian zone and requires special driving permissions. However, once we found it and obtained the necessary permission, it was smooth sailing.

Lovely helpful owners made stay fun and informal. Central location perfect for Blues festival nearby. Boutique style.

Everything looks excellent, despite the fact that this is a non-standart hotel: check-in closed by 8:00pm; renewed very old building shared with various offices (lawyers especially) ; fair enough breakfast in a "café- restaurant" next door, ...
All "non-standart" aspects are provided on a professional basis. Nothing to blame consequently !

Perfect spot to discover Firenze, Lucca etc. After the masses of tourists in those places, Pistoia offers some more local environment with nice squares and excellent restaurants at decent prices. Breakfast is well served by a friendly German lady in a nearby Café living in Italy since more then 20 years.

This hotel boasts a charming location in the heart of an old, beautiful building in the city center. the rooms are incredibly spacious and lavish, with lovely frescoes and antique furniture. Guests can expect a warm, helpful service, scrumptious breakfast, and cozy atmosphere.
The air conditioning may lack in effectiveness, so guests might have to deal with some warmth during the day and noise in the night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Internet included, free of charge. Very central but still quiet location. Pistoia itself is an interesting city. From the hotel to the train station is a 15 min walk, ideal for a trip to Firenze, Lucca, Pisa and so on. A great place to stay.Breakfast is in a nearby café, with a very friendly owner.
